I have had a pretty good day today. I went to a county fair for the first time in quite awhile. Fairs haven't changed much since I went last: Scary rides operated by even scarier people, the smell of fried...well...everything, and the skull-cracking loudness of the music (too graphic?). Yet, I had a blast.
You know,it really doesn't matter where you are, it's the people you are with (yes, I know, I'm ending a sentence with a proposition). For any of you who know me, you will know that the above description is not exactly the place where I would spend my time, but I was with some awesomely cool people and that's all that mattered.
Would I go again? Yeah, if the right people are there.

Cello
| Heart and Soul |
The cello, with its rich sound and vibrant tone, it is truly God's gift to me. Sliding a bow across it's tightly wound strings, music begins to fill the air with the purity of sound that can only be surpassed by the human voice. Music is brought to a surpassing greatness when produced from such an instrument as this; almost as if music was created just for it. It needs no electricity, no amplifier, only skill to make it sing.
That's why I love it.
